Dial up Settings Windows 2000 |
The following instructions describe how to creating a
new dialup connection to Nippy Internet for Windows 2000.

To begin, click the 'Windows Start menu',
select 'Settings',
select 'Network and Dial-up Connections'. |

Double click the 'Make New Connection' icon. |

A dialogue box will open which will welcome you
to the Network Connection Wizard, click 'Next'. |

Select the 'dial-up to the Internet' option
and click 'Next'. |
| 5) |
Select 'I want to set up my Internet connection
manually' (3rd option), and click 'Next'. |

Select 'I connect through a phone line and a
modem and click next'. |
| 7) |
Type in 0844 535 2000 into the 'Telephone
number' box (leave area code blank). Make sure
that the 'Use area code and dialing rules box'
is unchecked and click next. |
| 8) |
Type in your 'username' (nippy) and your
'passwords' (internet). Select the first two
check boxs and leave the last one blank. Click 'next'. |
| 9) |
Type a name for your new connection, such as "Nippy"
and click 'next'. |
To
use your new free fast Nippy Dial up Internet connection,
click the Windows Start menu, select Settings, select
Network and Dial-up Connections and double click the
Nippy Internet icon. |
